Roberta brings over 25 years of experience in financial services across Ireland, with a background spanning Business Banking, Asset Finance, and Broker-based environments. Throughout her career, she has built an outstanding reputation for helping businesses access the funding they need, guiding them through complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence.

My first experience working in Ireland was back in 2015 when I was exploring new opportunities for expansion. Since then, I’ve been fortunate to launch several businesses in both Northern Ireland and the Republic, some of which have grown into successful enterprises.
Through it all, Roberta has been a key part of that journey, playing an instrumental role in their success. When we launched Enduro Finance, one of my first conversations was with her about how we could expand our reach across Ireland. Today, Daniela and I are proud to welcome her as both a colleague, business partners and a key figure in our growing business.
